In August 2019 Sime Darby Motors Company acquired Gough Transport Solutions Pty Ltd as part of a wider acquisition of the Gough Group of Companies across Australia and New Zealand with the resulting name change to Transport Engineering Solutions (TES) in May 2021.

Transport Engineering Solutions head office is based at 450 Princes Hwy, Noble Park in Melbourne’s south east and is the location for the national support centre, head office, distribution centre and sales support. State offices are also located in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
