Full Time: Workshop Service Coordinator

Australia | TES | Noble Park

Transport Engineering Solutions (TES), a division of Sime Motors Group, is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of OEM truck and trailer solutions. TES is unique in the market delivering a complete range of products from world class brands in the core transport categories: Hydraulics, Braking, Transport Equipment and Materials Handling.

We are looking to appoint a Workshop Service Coordinator at our Noble Park location to manage customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
Attend to customer payments when required
Data entry involving timecards, service information and invoicing as well as varied tasks from accounts department
Controlling vehicle condition reports whilst liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance and consumables

Knowledge and experience:

Proven administration and customer service experience
Experience with workshop operations
Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry – transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across WA from our Perth based branch in Malaga. You will work closely with the National Sales & Operations Manager and internal operations teams to develop and implement targeted growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive margin & revenue growth
Actively seek out new sales opportunities with new and key clients through strategic cold calling and networking
Understand clients’ specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with our industry-leading products.
Prepare quotes and proposals with support from the internal head office team based in Victoria
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients
Provide regular sales performance updates and market feedback to national leadership
Inspire, coach and develop your direct report
Oversee inventory and logistics to ensure the WA branch runs smoothly

Knowledge and experience:

Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales position
Transport hydraulics background is essential
Proactive business development mindset with an ability to prospect and cold call
A hands-on approach with sharp problem-solving skills
A positive, can-do attitude that brings energy to the team
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
Good leadership and team development skills
A current driver’s licence

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join our Warehouse team based in Noble Park.

Duties include:

Picking and packing parts orders accurately
Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves
Operating forklifts (load/unload trucks)
Stocktaking and general warehouse upkeep
Manual handling and following site safety procedures

To be successful, you will need:

Current LF Forklift Licence
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test)
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
