As electric commercial vehicles become increasingly common across Australian fleets, Transport Engineering Solutions (TES) continues to deliver safe, practical and fit-for-purpose tipping solutions for electric trucks.
For this project, a local council required a front mount hoist setup for a FOTON EAUMARK electric truck, complete with the TES J4 SafeTip package.
The TES team developed a solution specifically suited to the electric vehicle application, integrating a Binotto front mount hoist with a heavy-duty DC powerpack.
The powerpack features a fan-cooled system, providing a practical hydraulic solution for the electric truck while meeting the operational requirements of the application.
By combining proven Binotto tipping equipment with TES engineering expertise, the team successfully delivered a complete tipping system tailored to the FOTON EAUMARK.
Safety was a key priority throughout the project.
The customer specifically requested the TES J4 SafeTip package, designed to support safer tipping operations. As part of the installation process, the TES team carefully measured the body and calculated the tipping angle to achieve the safest and most effective tipping angle possible for the vehicle and application.
This approach ensures that the tipping setup is not only functional, but carefully configured around the requirements of the truck, body and intended operation.
As more businesses, councils and fleet operators transition towards electric commercial vehicles, specialised body and hydraulic solutions are becoming increasingly important.
TES combines tipping equipment, hydraulic expertise and safety-focused engineering to develop solutions that meet the requirements of both conventional and electric commercial vehicles.
This FOTON EAUMARK project is a great example of how the right equipment can be integrated into an electric truck without compromising on functionality or tipping safety.
