Transport Engineering Solutions has appointed Andrew Mikhail to lead the new TES Rydalmere (Sydney) Workshop. Andrew joins us having spent the past decade in the engineering field and leading the workshop for a multinational drilling equipment manufacturer. His responsibilities included managing a large workshop to conduct comprehensive inspections for various drilling equipment, from assembly and inspection to testing for customers in the Middle East region.
Andrew and the workshop team will provide unprecedented expertise and support for commercial transport braking and hydraulics to the Sydney area. Alongside NSW State Sales Manager Steven Lakin and Mobile Service technician George Odah, Andrew is excited to build new relationships and continue TES’ attentive sales support and solutions for our customers.
The TES team have meticulously planned the fit out, drawing inspiration from the highly regarded workshop in Melbourne. The workshop is scheduled to be commissioned throughout February 2024, with the first major job booked for late February. The new Rydalmere site will also serve as a home base for our new-to-Sydney mobile service technicians and vehicles. This allows TES to bring our expertise to customers for on-site installation, repair and service – minimising the time and cost of having equipment out of operation.
The workshop will also further TES’ partnership with Palfinger Australia, installing and supporting cranes, tail lift supporting cranes, tail lifts and hook loaders. The collaboration combines the best of both companies’ quality products, expertise and support, affording customers solutions to a wide range of commercial transport, lifting and loading needs. This partnership has proven a success for customers, and we are excited to bring this level of service to our Sydney clientele.
