We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Glenn Stone to Product Manager – Braking! Glenn brings a wealth of experience to this role, with a remarkable 28 years spent in the heavy vehicle industry.
Glenn’s career began with a strong foundation in welding. He then took his skills offshore to manufacturing facilities, eventually transitioning to the component supplier side of the industry here in Australia. For the past 15 years, Glenn has specialized in component for braking. His in-depth experience provides him with a unique perspective on the practical realities of component use.
Glenn’s expertise extends far beyond selling components. He has a passion for fixing and diagnosing issues, allowing him to effectively troubleshoot problems. This, coupled with his 5 years at TES, equips him to not only provide product solutions for customers, but also plan for TES customers’ long-term success with industry-leading aftersales support. Glenn embraces opportunities to educate and guide both TES team members and customers on all facets of commercial braking solutions, and he recognises the importance of sharing knowledge within the industry.
Drawing from extensive hands-on experience, including his background in manufacturing, Glenn prides himself on his ability to bridge the gap between theoretical calculations and real-world scenarios. He understands the discrepancies that can arise between the ideal and the practical, giving him a valuable edge in product selection and problem-solving.
With Glenn leading our braking team, we are confident that TES customers will receive the expertise and support they need to keep production flowing with quality support and service.
